Reinaldo A. Peters, also known as Reggie was born December 3, 1955 in the city of Colon within the Republic of Panama to Mr. George and Violet Peters. He arrived in New York in 1965 and attended Eastern District High School and then furthered his education at SUNY-Old Westbury College. He was enlisted in the U.S. Army and afterward was employed at Long Island Developmental Center as a developmental aide, where after he retired after 15 years of service. He married Delzora "Cookie" Kirkman and from that union produced three sons, Kisun, Reinaldo Jr. and Divine "Timothy" Peters.
Reggie was a very loving and caring man. If you ever needed anything from him he would never say no. He was always going out of his way for people and had become the friend for everyone who needed a friend. Reggie was a very warm and compassionate person. He was a person who never gave up on life and always lived life to the fullest. You can always find Reggie with his three companions, Geoffrey Smith, Cleveland Graham and Harold Jones. They were "The Four Horseman" because when you saw Reggie you usually saw one of the three. They were always there for each other through thick and thin.
