Obituary of Michelle Corrie Smith

Michele C. Smith Harris was born on October 10, 1954 in Amityville N.Y. to the late Harold and Florence Smith. This beloved entered into eternal rest on Tuesday June 16th 2015 at home with her daughters. Michele Smith was the oldest child in an extremely close family of six. She worked at Bellhaven Nursing Center for seventeen years and was loved and respected by many for her caring and considerate qualities. She always lent a hand for those in need. Michele attended Amityville schools. After graduating she married the late John Wayne Harris within the years they were blessed with her first son, John Wayne Harris Jr. As her life went on she was blessed with three more children, Landon, Serena and Rizpah Harris. Michele was adored by her ten grandchildren Anastesia, Kenneth, Ariel, Serenity, Zimoria, Michael, Zion, Javohn, Sophia and Amir. She will be missed by everyone of them dearly. She always made sure they were taken care of before anything else. Michele leaves behind to mourn her passing to celebrate her life her brothers and sisters, Keely, Terrence, Rizpah, Scott, Chayla and Shayra and the late Harold Smith Jr. A host of cousins, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and of course enough friends and admires to give her a legacy to be a queen! The Smith and Harris family wants to thank everyone for coming to this familyreunion. Don't be sad, rejoice! She is reuniting with her family. This is the reunion of the Smith and Harris family!!
