Obituary of Ronald Jimenez
Ronald Jiminez known to many as "Ronnie," born on November 15, 1948 in Harlem, NY to the late Segundo and Rose Narango. Ronald moved to Long Island as a young boy and settled in North Babylon. He attended the Wyandanch School System. In 1968 he met Catherine and they became as one in 1969.
Ronald served in the United States Army for 4 years. After serving he gained employment at the veterans hospital in East Northport. Later moving on to Brunswick Hospital in Amityville, NY and finally Suffolk Transportation where he remained when his health began to fail. Ronald loved the outdoors and was a great fisherman. He was a loving and caring man with a heart of gold,
he loved God first and then his family and friends.
Ronald leaves to cherish his memory his wife Catherine Jiminez, his three sons and their wives, Michael Bynum (Irene) of Los Angeles, CA, Ronald Jiminez Jr. (Lorraine) of Central Islip, NY, Anthony Jiminez (Felicia) of Amityville, NY. His mother Rose Narango and mother-in-law Virglane Barringer of Charlotte, NC. Three brothers, Roy (Denise) of Brentwood, NY, Sky (Tasha) of Islip, NY, Bruce Bromer, brother Dennis (deceased).
