Obituary of Joseph J. Anderson

Mr. Joseph J. Anderson was born on August 10, 1932 in Lasker, North Carolina. He was the son of Lavine Anderson and Mamie Barrow. The family moved to New York while he was a young boy. On April 7, 1951he was joined in Holy Matrimony to Doris Maples. Out of this union oneson, Steven Anderson was born, this made Joseph a very happy man.Joseph worked as a motorman for New York Transit until he retired. He also was a Korean War Veteran. He was a loving husband and will be greatly missed. On Friday, November 6, 2015 Joseph quietly slipped away to be at restwith his God. Fond memories of his life will be cherished by his wife, Doris; his son, Steven; one brother, two sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins,other relatives and friends. Humbly Submitted,
