Obituary of Leroy Taylor

Leroy Taylor was born May 26, 1944 to the late Nettie E. James and Edward Jackson in Baltimore, MD. He attended Copiague High School and later worked as a Commodities Worker. He transitioned to eternity on February 2, 2022, at Massapequa Rehabilitation Center located in Amityville, NY. He was preceded in death by his Mother, two Brothers: John Henry James and Wardell Jefferson James; and sister Alice Scarver. He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter Mary Ann Echevarria of Bayshore, NY; three grandchildren: Christopher Toney, Michael Echevarria and Donshaya Echevarria; All of Bayshore, NY. Two sisters: Blanche Cunningham of Atmore, AL, and Maryann Taylor of Copiague, NY. One brother, Jasper James of Long Island, NY and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends
