Jesse,
a man of timing,
never complaining,
never whining,
a strong willed man,
always holding his own,
a man ready to hold you,
when it was those times you felt alone,
Jesse was a man,
who I truly wanted to be,
a man I pride on,
out fishing at sea,
he never complained more than he needed,
and he'd silently tell you things to ensure that you'd succeed,
from his laughter,
than many sat back to enjoy,
to always willing to take on challenges,
even as a young boy,
ready to support in all which of ways,
to making sure him and grandma were happy in each and every day,
he hated to lose,
that wonderful checker game,
Jesse was simple,
he did not change,
he always did,
what it took to just survive,
Jesse was a man that truly touch our lives,
from his unique style,
not really changing much,
he loved everyone he came upon and that's why we love him such,
jesse would cook,
things that would just raise u up in sleep,
even if u weren't family,
he made sure that you'd eat,
takin road trips wasn't really his thing,
but to sit back and watch the ball game sometimes humming,
was how he'd sing,
you'd turn the tv,
and he'd be knocked out sleep,
You step quietly,
not making a peep,
he'd wake up n say hey,
the ball game ain't over,
as he change positions from one side to the other,
he wore his hat,
that many can't copy,
but one thing about jesse,
he was not sloppy,
he took many of us in,
not complaining a bit,
he'd raise us up,
and wouldn't throw a fit,
teaching how to mow the lawn,
to fixing cars,
a hobby he loved not straying from it far,
always helping,
even when he had nothing left,
Jesse loved us all,
till his very last breath,
no more pain,
no more sorrow,
today a man has gone home,
to be by Gods side never to be alone,
we pray that u watch,
down from the heavens skies,
if he knew we were crying,
he'd said wipe those weepy eyes,
Jesse we love you, we will see u again,
we see that the lord has callin you,
the one we cherished as a husband, a father, a friend.

A Time for Everything
Ecclesiastes 3; 1 - 11 (NIV)
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

MISS ME, BUT LET ME GO
When I come to the end of the road,
And the Sun has set for me;
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room,
Why cry for a soul set free ?
Miss me a little - but not too long,
And not with your head bowed low;
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me, but let me go.
For this is a journey we all must take,
And each must go alone;
It's all a part of the Master's Plan,
A step on the road to home.
When you are lonely and sick at heart,
Go to a friend we know;
And bury your sorrows,
In doing good deeds.
Miss me, but let me go!
Lovingly submitted,
The Family
